Now that I’ve got your attention with that title, let me tell you a little more about me. I LOVE family, connecting with other women, music and am extremely passionate about cooking! I am mum to two gorgeous adult children and grandma to two fur babies, Frankie and Otis.

I am an experienced Emotionally Focused Couples/Relationship Therapist and Sex Therapist committed to empowering couples and individuals to experience better connection and relationship satisfaction in a safe and non-judgemental space.
I have a special interest in working with relationship and couples’ issues; domestic and family violence; grief and loss; and life’s transitions. My aim for every client is to create positive change within themselves and see them live a meaningful and full life. In my private practice at Empower Counselling and Coaching Services, I am committed to working especially with individuals and couples who are experiencing a disconnect in their personal/sexual relationship, and/or couples who desire to deepen their connection with each other.
My goal is to help create feelings of safety, lasting connection, and trust between partners. Couples who attend therapy together learn the skills necessary to form a secure attachment base in their relationship.
